Malaysia plane gone missing

One early Sunday morning Malaysia passenger’s were entering the plane. It started to take off at around 12:40 am. The passenger’s were on there way to Beijing, the plane was suppose to land at 6:30 am.  The plane did not seem to be having any issues the pilots would always call in like they should.

The problems started to occur when the airline started to get closer to the Indian Ocean. The pilots would break up and the commander couldn’t hear them that well. About 1:30 am the command center lost contact with airline 370. The command center said the last place they saw the plane on the radar was over the Indian ocean. They completely lost contact with airline 370.

All the command center knows is that there was a total of 239 people aboard the plane. 227 of the people were passenger’s and 12 of them were crew. The whereabouts of the plane is still unknown, there are search teams looking for the plane, but still no signs so  far.

Sports reporting for journalist.

I think I did well on putting the number’s where they should be. Also not making it to detailed. I need to revise how long I make it, but I also need to watch my grammar. The seven common error’s to avoid when writing a sport’s article is to avoid using one sentence paragraph’s.

Excessive example’s are also bad to use because you don’t need more than one to get your message across. You don’t want to use blind attribution because the reader’s don’t want to be left short and not know what’s happening. The use of excessive adjective’s and adverb’s is not good for the reader because they might feel left out of what’s happening.

The Q&A in the sport’s article leave’s the reader feeling like they have no room to be involved in the article. You should never use a cliché because it shows your reader your sloppy and lazy. Aslo don’t use just a chain of number’s, some writer’s think this is necessary but it just make’s the reader confused only use the number’s that are the main one’s.

Bode Miller’s interview, was more quick, but it gave a lot of information. The interviewer gave him good question’s that way he could have a lot to talk about. Paula Creamer interview was more professional and he gave her question’s that her answers were short, but still got a lot of information. The similarities of the interviewer’s were they both got questions that made them think and talk about not just a short yes or no answer.

Oregon ended the 2013-2014 season with 85-77 loss. Brust swished a triple in just one minute left in the game.
Oregon’s Joseph Young drained a trey with just under three minutes left to give the Ducks a 75-74 lead, but after the two teams recharged, the Badgers retrieved three straight offensive rebounds before Brust buried the go-ahead shot from beyond the arc. Brust said “as soon as I let go I knew it was about to go down.”Jackson finished with 16 points and eight rebounds, Frank Kaminsky scored 19 and Brust and Dekker tallied 12 points  for the Badgers (28-7), who advanced to the Sweet 16 for the third time in four years.”They started hitting some 3s and getting easy baskets inside,” Oregon head coach Dana Altman said of Wisconsin’s run. “Our defensive effort was just not good, and those easy baskets fueled their energy and then we’re in big trouble

Plane lost power and now is missing.

On a early Sunday morning passenger’s were boarding an airplane that was heading to Cambodia. It was just a normal day for the passenger’s. The plain was two hours away and it wasn’t much longer. A couple minutes later the plane started to stall a little bit, no one really worried about it.

In the cockpit the pilot and co-pilot started to notices these things and started to worry. They called it in and the commander told them to land, but there wasn’t another airport for another thirty minutes.
The passenger’s were starting to get worried, they tried to calm them down but it really didn’t help that much. All of a sudden the power had shut off. They called the commander and said ” Sir the power…it’s gone” , the commander order for them to land immediately. There was no response to the order.

The commander told to track the air plane’s location. They found where it was, they called the commander and told him its in the Indian ocean. All of their focus was on the Indian ocean.

The signal kept coming in for a couple hours, but then faded to nothing at all. The commander’s comment was “We will look for this plane and we will hopefully find it, but if not I am sorry for everyone’s lost and may they rest in peace.”

Lion King

The Lion King is about the story of a lion cub’s journey to adulthood and acceptance of his destiny. Simba (voiced first by Jonathan Taylor Thomas, then by Matthew Broderick) begins life as an honored prince, the cub of the King Mufasa (voiced by James Earl Jones). The cub’s happy childhood turns tragic when his evil uncle, Scar (voiced by Jeremy Irons), murders Mufasa and drives Simba away from the kingdom. In exile, the young lion befriends a pair of buddy’s named pumba the warthog (voiced by Ernie Sabella) and Timon the meerkat (voiced by Nathan.) As he approaches adulthood, he is visited by the spirit of his father, who instructs him to defeat Scar and reclaim his rightful throne. Simba adopts their “Hakuna Matata” (no worries) attitude towards life taking things one day at a time. The cub grows into a young adult and is able to forget his past until a beautiful young lioness. Who turns out to be his childhood friend Nala she arrives in his life again. She tells him of the hard times and suffering that have come to the Pride Lands under Scar’s reign, she tells him to take his place as king. With the help of Rafiki, a wise shaman baboon, Simba realizes that his father’s spirit lives on in him and that he must accept the responsibility of his destined role. The graphics were very good in this movie. The story line was great I loved it, I remember always watching this when I was younger. The writing for this movie was great it didn’t get off track or confuse anyone. My over all opinion was this movie is a great childhood memory and a great kids movie.

All the president’s men

Investigative journalists Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein of the Washington Post are reporting about the Watergate break-in. Which eventually led to the resignation of Richard Nixon, 37th President of the United States. This film focuses on the period from the break-in on June 17, 1972 to Nixon’s re-election in November later than year. All their hard work and the support from their editors, revealed that the break-in at the Watergate office was only one small part of a much larger network of intelligence, many of which were illegal. The story also focuses on the role of Woodward’s now legendary secret source dubbed Deep Throat and the encouragement he provided when the journalists hit roadblocks in their investigation. I think this movie was okay, I think it was a little to slow to get to the climax. I also think it should have been more intense. The actors Robert Redford and his partner was Dustin Hoffman di a good job at acting for this movie. They were on point with everything in the movie. The writing for this movie was great they had a storyline and they knew what they had in mind for the movie. This movie would be very dull if not for the actors and the plot. My overall opinion was the movie was good and I didn’t think it was to boring.
